HC TH Home & Hygiene CSP Lead

Main Responsibilities:

Fully responsible for H&H category growth strategy, channel planning and execute the plan to deliver business objective with key responsibilities below;

Category Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement category strategies for Home & Hygiene, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and marketing priorities

Trade Marketing & Activation

Plan and execute trade marketing activities, including promotions, in-store campaigns, and activation programs to improve brand visibility and presence

Forecasting & S&OP

Manage short- and mid-term rolling forecasts and lead S&OP processes for the category

Performance Delivery

Drive key KPIs such as distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness. Ensure execution of innovation launches and category activation plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated plans across channels

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of relevant working experience in customer-facing, analytical or brand-building jobs

• Cross-lane diverse experience in CD such as Customer Management/Trade Marketing Management/Brand Management

• Customer facing experience combined with brand building experience is ideal

• Proven people management capabilities
