Cikarang Skin factory is a priority site that has some high riskarea. SHE Asst. Manager for Contractor & Warehouses is mandatory job for make sure that all of contractors working in surrounding area are safe by implementation of Unilever Policy and Unilever SHE Standard.

As a member of SHE Team, Asst. SHE Manager BW for Contractor & Warehouses will work closely with Cikarang BW manufacturing team and reported to Indonesia Manufacturing SHE Manager as independent organization. You will responsible safety for all contractors and warehouse that operated by external third party

Job Purpose

Lead and inspire the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all equipment. Together, we will drive continuous improvement, innovate solutions, and achieve goals. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance team to ensure all equipment (bottle and tube packing line) is running efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist with scheduling and prioritizing task list in Professional Maintenance 

  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards. 

  • Ensure the ramping up of all new agile bottle line on time, develop the maintenance strategy and 

  • Evaluate Job Step Risk Assessment for all project and maintenance activity that provided by contractor or third party 

  • Improve overall equipment effectiveness by reducing the down time (minor stops), increasing speed and minimizing waste

  • Ensure availability of critical and consumable parts, optimize spare parts inventory thru VMI concept

  • Work closely with production, quality, safety to align maintenance plans with production schedule.

  • Ensure quick resolutions of machine breakdowns to minimize downtime, analyze root causes of recurring failures and implement long term solutions

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics

  • Working knowledge on preventive and predictive maintenance 

  • Experience in handle complicated and high risktask

  • Have a good leadership and field oriented.

  • Have business mindset, organizational, strategic and cultural awareness

Skill

  • High level of communication and teamwork

  • Analytical and sharp with numbers and data

  • Fluent in business English, with Strong communications skills and ability to engage and influence others.

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a good eye for detail

  • Stakeholder management, Able to build relationship with people across functions, cultures, geographies, and companies

  • Strong on execution, energetic and be pro-active

  • Competence in engineering software simulation, Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI

  • Able to work independently and virtually
