JOB PURPOSE:

For the role of EMEE Coordination, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to assist with the performance tracking of each sub-cluster within region ,to  manage all Establishment activities for EMEE, to ensure smooth export process across 10 markets (Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia & Montenegro) .

  • Performance tracking: Create detailed reports to monitor the performance of EMEE sub-clusters; providing insights and solutions to Customer Business Development Leaders and Marketing & Customer Strategy and Planning Leader.
  • Manage EMEE Establishment activities: The EE Establishment team will drive the set-up, standalone design and implementation of all required structure and capabilities to enable Ice Cream business to become a fully functioning standalone company. EMEE Coordination role will closely work with EE Establishment team, will partner with EMEE Marketing & Customer Strategy Planning Leader to ensure smooth coordination across different functional workstreams in order to land a future-fit operating model.
  • Ensure smooth export process: This role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations in order to support OTIF sales activities and assist Customer Business Development leaders or Marketing / Customer Strategy and Planning team colleagues with exports documentation

This role reports to the EMEE Lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead performance tracking for the cluster.
  • Responsible for the diligence, planning and execution of all separation and establishment related activities for EMEE cluster.
  • Serve as key point of contact for EE Establishment & Unilever Separation team, facilitate decision-making and resolve risks / issues.
  • Manage orders & exports documentation ensuring accurate fulfillment. Key liaison between Customer Operations, Customer Business Development and Marketing Customer Strategy and Planning colleagues.
  • Track and regularly update performance reports (incl. volume, sales, BMIs, logistics, etc.). 
  • Order Management: monitor export orders ensuring On Time In Full fulfillment; while assisting EMEE Customer Business Development & Customer Operations team with the export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.); ensuring adherence to international trade regulations (with the support of Customer Strategy and Planning / CBD / Regulatory Affairs colleagues).
  • List of all EMEE establishment activities with a detailed workplan (including key milestones, activities, owners, timelines, interdependencies etc.).

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics.
  • A Master’s degree in the areas above or in any related field  would be a plus.
  • Over 2 years of experience in  Supply Chain, Customer Operation, Finance, Customer Development or Sales team with the following skills:  
    • Functional, Business and Commercial Acumen: Understanding of various business and functional models, industry dynamics, and market trends is crucial, combined with a deep understanding of how company serves consumers to create a sustainable competitive and effective operation within the cluster.
    • Systemic and strategic thinking: Being able to consider longer term implications for the business having deep understanding of the WoW and levers to pull; engaging others to prioritize and pursue opportunities that deliver growth. 
    • Owner’s mindset: Using financial acumen, data to propose solutions / actions.  
  • Proficiency in English.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple overlapping priorities to meet key deadlines, whilst ensuring high quality output.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with financial acumen for business understanding and reporting.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and passion to deliver impactful results.
  • Solution generation expertise and out of the box thinking.
  • Collaboration catalyst.
