Job Purpose:
The HR Project Manager for Supply Chain is responsible for running the HR agenda and the respective transformation projects, focusing on Unilever’s Supply Entities across Greece, including Supply Chain of Rentis (Factory & Distribution Center) and Schimatari DC to ensure HR delivery is fully aligned to business goals in the areas of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads, implements and coordinates the HR transformation agenda for Supply Chain (SC) projects, according to SC Global directions and local specificities.
• Supports leaders and teams in business delivery by enhancing their capability to bring Strategy into Action components, manage their people, implement changes and build relations with key stakeholders.
• Brings HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organization, leadership, and culture).
• Manage relations with the unions.
• Supervises overheads budget.
• Act as an advisor to support the Line Managers with recruitment needs for population in scope.
• Ad hoc: Provides support in the use of the global talent management tools, is alert for the career development plans for the people, validates salary & benefits review, handles complex employee cases, proposes learning solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken - Level C2)
• Excellent knowledge on PC based software (Microsoft Office Suite) and digital tools
• Mandatory to have Greek nationality & be fluent in Greek so as to understand thoroughly local labor agenda.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong Supply Chain & HR experience
• Coaching and advisory skills
• Unions relations management experience
