Net Productivity Analyst 

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

​​This role is responsible forhelping build best-in-classanalytical capabilities for Business Operations Net Productivity analytics & SC capabilities. The Candidate should have significanttrack record ofBusiness analysis and Product Management driven by expertisein analytics.

​The role involves conducting workshops, capturing business requirements, BRD creation, enabling product build and successful UAT for net productivity, SC analytical products, leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics. You will work cross-functionally with data & tech foundation and business stakeholders to create innovative products that enable data-driven decision-making.​

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE​

• Contribute to executing the product roadmap that aligns with business goals, addressing analytical needs for Business Operations net productivity ambitions.

• Work with global capability teams to analyse requirements and create business requirement document.

• Provide insights in developing BRDs and training materials. Understand the business success metrics, and usability requirements to ensure successful deployment

• Drive the data requirements & scoping partnering with data SME’s.

• Responsible for Product testing of the capabilities before UAT. 

• Responsible for successful UAT for the capabilities planned in the roadmap working alongside business teams.

• Serve as the primary contact for business stakeholders regardingproduct capabilities, gather requirements, feedback, and coordinate solution delivery. 

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS

• ​​7+ years’ experience in leading Supply Chain Analytics and digital tool deployment.

• ​Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)

• ​Strong business analysis skills and domain knowledge in the Supply Chain Finance concepts within Unilever.

• ​Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)

• ​Experience in data validation using SQL, Data bricks notebooks (Python/Scala)

• ​Understanding of data flow via data lakes and data models.

• ​Knowledge on Azure fundamentals.

• ​Proven ability to define and deliver complex digital products, ideally in supply chain and finance.

• ​Knowledge of agile product development methodologies, techniques and standards, using JIRA​

Preferred Experience & Qualifications  

• ​​Project Management: Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and coordinating multiple work streams is beneficial.​
