Job Title: Claims and Pricing Support Specialist (4-months contract)
Location: Thailand
Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing Support: Review and verify claim submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment with the approved category plan from CSP.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to collect necessary information and provide timely updates on claim status.
- Market Price Survey: Conduct regular price surveys for Unilever and competitor products (focusing on key brands and pack sizes) across top retail channels.
- Price Monitoring & Analysis: Track and monitor pricing across all channels to identify discrepancies and support timely corrections.
- Process Improvement: Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the claims process.
- Documentation Management: Maintain well-organized claim files and records to enable efficient access and retrieval.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in data management and claim processing are preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with claims management software
Skills:
- Good technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and analytical thinking in attention to detail, data analysis, and market research
- Good process and operational skills in claim management and process improvement
- Good communication and collaboration skills with internal and external parties, able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability and drive to work independently and virtually
