Main Responsibilities
- Building and enhancing training programs to sales team under distributors to drive excellence in selling, execution KPIs.
- Collaborate with business team (GT CHD) to identify DT team skill gaps and implement targeted interventions.
- Work closely with DT sales team (RSM, ASE), to provide proper training and professional proficiency for distributors and sales team
- Collaborate with marketing (CSP) and cross-functional teams to training new products to salesman with better selling points
- Track capability KPIs and ensure continuous improvement through feedback and follow-up sessions.
- Control 3rd party resource on delivering the desired outcome based on data-driven information. Plan the schedule and resource planning. Negotiate the cost per man hour, total package and reimbursement within the budget control.
- Provide monthly briefs and training to the team on company targets to improve store execution and drive growth
Key Skills & Competencies
- Impactful Communication: Ability to deliver compelling presentations and training sessions that engage and influence audiences.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of traditional trade, distributor management
- Coaching & Facilitation: Skilled in coaching individuals and groups to improve performance and confidence.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data Literacy: Ability to understand and use data-driven information for planning & designing courses, controlling resource and tracking capability KPIs as well as translating data into actionable insights to improve in-field execution
- Immediate problem-solving skills
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales capability development or field operations within FMCG.
- Familiarity with traditional trade and open trade market environments.
- Proven track record in training delivery and distributor engagement will be given special consideration.
