Our core product categories include cooking aids (cubes, KLS, soups, jok) and condiments/dressings (mayonnaise and meaty spreads).

R&D is the engine driving innovation and growth, ensuring winning product designs and delivering brand-led growth and efficiency projects on time and in full.

JOB PURPOSE

Support the GA Nutrition & Health (N&H) agenda by executing compliance, advocacy, and data management initiatives across food categories. Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure alignment with strategy and deliver impactful nutrition solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance & Data Management

• Execute tasks supporting GA N&H agenda in innovations and technology roadmaps.
• Assist in coordinating global N&H strategy/policy to local execution, ensuring compliance.
• Support leveraging N&H best practices internally and externally.
• Collect and input data for GA USNC and Positive Nutrition tracking accurately.

THCL N&H Initiatives

• Support implementation of N&H initiatives with TPLs and Country Leads.
• Assist nutritional assessment for products and recipes.
• Help build N\&H capability through training coordination.

THCL Advocacy

• Assist and execute advocacy agenda; build KOF/KOL network strategy.
• Collaborate with External Affairs & Regulatory for advocacy priorities.
• Prepare substantiation dossiers, Q\&A, and communication materials for N&H claims.
• Support speaking opportunities and conferences with presentation materials.
• Provide insights on nutrition issues (e.g., labeling, reformulation targets).

• Country Leads for Marketing, Regulatory, Legal & External Affairs
• Country N&H Leads, TPLs
• GA N&H Team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Food Science or Nutrition
• 2–3 years’ experience in FMCG in a similar role
• Highly fluent in English
• Passion for nutrition and advocacy
• Strong teamwork and winning culture mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
