To support this, we have embarked on a fragrance transformation journey to deliver world-class fragrances for our Personal Care, Beauty & Wellbeing and Home Care Business Groups. This transformation will consist of expert fragrance teams with the skills to design and formulate winning fragrances.

Job Purpose:

Unilever’s Global Fragrance Team is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to creating a hyper-efficient fragrance organisation through the implementation and management of advanced IT architecture, digital tools, processes, and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee digital operations within UFH, ensuring optimal organisation productivity and efficiency.

• Develop and manage robust IT architecture and data management strategies.

• Lead a team of 3-5 people, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

• Foster and manage partnerships and collaborations to enhance UFH’s digital capabilities and data initiatives.

• Implement advanced digital tools and processes to streamline operations and improve productivity.

• Leverage AI and agentic workflows to optimize and innovate within UFH.

• Develop data partnerships with Unilever Business groups and externally to support global fragrance analytics and modelling requirements.

• Ensure data integrity and security across all digital platforms, in collaboration with IT.

• Manage data infrastructure for global fragrance, ensuring it supports the needs of the organization.
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in digital operations management, or digitisation and automation of processes.

• Strong understanding of IT architecture, data architecture, and data management.

• Experience with AI and agentic workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies relevant to the fragrance industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent project management skills.

• Experience in applying emerging Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning & automation approaches.

• Experience in working in large organisations.

• Track record of working with external and internal partners.

Location & Travel:

• This role will be based in Mumbai HURC

• This role will require travel to Bangalore, and Port Sunlight, UK
