Role - Marketing Executive
Location - Mumbai HO

About Role
Event Execution & Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and activations
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery
Monitor event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Trade Marketing
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to boost visibility and sales
Coordinate with sales teams to align BTL activities with retail objectives
Manage POS materials, in-store branding, and promotional campaigns
Budget & Reporting
Track budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of BTL activities
Prepare post-activity reports with ROI analysis and key learnings
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Build strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
Ensure timely procurement and deployment of marketing assets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience in BTL marketing, events, or trade promotions
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during activations
