About the Role:
Drive performance marketing excellence for India's most innovative hydration brand. You'll create high-converting creative assets at scale while optimizing campaigns across all digital channels to maximize growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-performing creative assets across digital platforms
- Optimize campaign performance through data-driven testing and iteration
- Manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (paid social, search, programmatic)
- Analyze performance metrics and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Stay current with platform trends and emerging marketing opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in performance marketing with D2C brand experience
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns and improving ROAS
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Creative mindset with understanding of consumer psychology
- Experience with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon)
- Knowledge of Indian market dynamics and consumer behavior
Preferred Qualifications:
- Health/wellness category experience
- Understanding of attribution modeling and testing methodologies
- Creative tool proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
