Description
The job entails high intensity of execution & holding channel plans and JTBDs for CSP - Beauty PRO (Non Colors)
Great from a learning perspective – for anyone willing to gain handful & worthy beauty business experience both in GT & MT
He/she will be responsible for all holding execution across accounts and expected to bring in market & account specific insights to the table to strengthen portfolio x account plans
He/she will be expected to have strong stakeholder management skills as the role will involve interacting with diverse stakeholders – SC, KAMs/KAEs, DP , COE & Branch teams
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for getting the execution right and ensuring implementation is happening OTIF – designing monthly channel drives, building targets & launch plans, communicate & release trade schemes (to name a few).
Person will be holding end-to-end execution for any activation in the channel.
Engaging with account teams and branch teams in order to ensure smooth operational flow of the business.
Understand the business performance by triangulating the problem by looking at internal and external data and suggest a plan of action to grow the business
Should have strong analytical skills to evaluate business parameters and efficiency parameters
Work closely with CSP manager to make a rolling 3-month sales plan with overall growth delivery mindset.
Should be able to liaison with the KAM/ASM and convert brand JTBDs to account/ geography and be able to act on them.
