JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Ensure forecast accuracy and manage bias, while clearly communicating forecast composition and associated risks & opportunities to the country BU team.
  • Lead the demand-supply reconciliation process and manage Business Waist inputs during S&OP cycles.
  • Translate business insights into demand drivers to enhance automated forecasting models (L2).
  • Support strategic discussions with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • Align volume forecasts with financial planning and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
  • Continuously improve forecast quality through performance reviews and optimization of demand drivers such as promotions.
  • Own the end-to-end innovation planning process—from input gathering and timeline coordination to validation of detailed forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Development (CD), and Finance to deliver comprehensive, input-led forecasts across all planning horizons.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain with strong experience in demand planning and the S&OP process

Skills

  • Advanced data analysis and forecasting skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Package (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in using Power BI
  • Proficiency in English
