SCOPE
The DMC function is designed to be a growth-driving digital acceleration engine that makes our brands unmissable through the strategy and execution of world-class Digital Marketing, Media, and dCommerce plans. As DMC Specialist, you will be embedded as a critical team member into the day-to-day operations of the 1UL EU DMC supporting some of the region`s most loved brands. The role will be reporting to the 1UL DMC Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage on-and offline media activation, including retail / performance media, in the respective category for 1UL EU markets based on the marketing plan
- Work closely with agencies, the VET team and local brand teams for the respective category.
- Pioneer media and digital media innovation – embed data driven thinking into media activation through a continuous test, learn and scale approach.
- Collaborate with csp & marketing teams to ensure the full end-to-end plan works on and offline with key customers
- Regularly engage with the brand teams to ensure that briefs provide clear input for the agencies including KPIs
- Drive strong discipline in media planning and implementation, land best practice
- Drive Data (retailer and publisher) partnerships across the cluster and in market
- Continuously report on Digital Marketing, Media and performance KPIs, measuring the success of campaigns on a brand level, ROIs, and running cross-media analysis.
- Manage digital asset delivery in collaboration with the respective digital agencies and marketing teams.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 5 years of marketing/media experience with proven experience in performance media.
- Track record of managing complexity, multi-country projects, and multiple projects within a limited time frame.
- Passion for the social and digital world and its implications on business.
- Local media experience with a reasonable amount of campaign execution, KPI tracking of deals, and media buying is preferred.
- Experience working in an analytical role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High proficiency in using analytical tools.
- Experience with measurement concepts, tools and research design is an advantage
