JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to transform market potential into measurable success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and expand the client network across the region (restaurants, hotels, catering, cafes).
  • Drive distribution, reach and penetration of Knorr and Hellmann’s products.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with chefs, F&B managers, business owners, and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets and implement company strategies in the field.
  • Organize and support product demonstrations, tastings, and kitchen training sessions.
  • Proactively manage the assigned sales territory, including adherence to a regular client visit plan and accurately maintaining the client database.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering/Café) sector sales, distribution, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the food service business and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Burgas region and not only.
  • Languages: Bulgarian (fluent) and English (communicative).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience in a professional kitchen will be considered a plus.
  • Experience working with data, BI tools, or CRM systems will be considered a strong advantage.
