Job Purpose

This role is responsible to plan and control the resources and costs of continuous improvement project execution within the Supply Chain function, in order to obtain savings & productivity improvement.
Main Responsibilities
Lead a project team in the capability and implementation phases of a project, assigning tasks within the team, monitoring progress and performance and reacting to issues arising so as deliver to the plan
Establish detailed project plans defining milestones and timescales and resource requirements for successfully execution of a project.
To assist Manufacturing Manager in target setting and performance assessment of team members, recommending training/personal development actions as appropriate to ensure personal delivery and development.
To alert Manufacturing Managers to any potential risks to budgets, quality of solution and timescales for delivery and propose solutions
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s degree Engineering.
Experience in supply chain: engineering is preferred.
1+ years' experience in a project execution role with experience of either a service delivery role or business analysis role (may be project based) OR fresh graduate from Engineering background with good, structured thinking
Skill
Managing & Benchmarking Production Performance
Delivering & Implementing Factory Changes
Understanding Packaging & Packing Machinery Technology
Project Management
