Key Purpose of the Role
The key role is to lead the planning and execution of technical claims program for Homecare VN:
- Develop and substantiate the product claims & communications within local regulatory frameworks
- Lead content creation for KBS (Knowledge Based Selling) to be landed onto the market
- Be champion of competitor intelligence on potential competitor moves and provide guidance as R&D points of view on competitor claims.
Main Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end product claims processes including claim substantiation, documentation, and validation in compliance with the local regulatory and the internal claim guidelines.
- Design and conduct the completion of claim associated product testing - Appraisal lab test, Sensory test, delivering on time and embeded the project workplan
- Translate science information and consumer insight into product claims and demos to maximize the impact of technology opportunities for the business
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, legal and regulatory teams to align on product messaging and claims
- Provide the robust data for technical measurement, consumer research to support FDA registration, and Censorship submission
- Create and generate KBS focusing Social first to maximize the product story and technology impact to support the launch and market activation
- Participating in KBS event as R&D representative
- Monitor competitor products and analyze competitive claims to identify gaps and opportunities
- Manage the competitive challenges & defenses and consumer complaints that work closely with legal, regulatory, R&D and marketing teams.
- Partnership with external institutes and university for product testing
Experience
- At least Bachelor’s degree in science, consumer science, sensory science
- A minimum of 3 yrs experience in R&D Claims/CMI/Product/TPL roles, with strong focus on understanding of consumer and product journeys
- Experience in Claims and product communication development is preferred
