Main Responsibilities
You will go together & assist Vietnam Digital & Social Commerce Lead to co-develop, manage & drive dCom comprehensive growth strategy agenda & Customer JBP agenda for One Unilever Vietnam.
- Key pillars to in-chage including & not limited to Commercial, Media, Livestreaming, Operation, Supply chain, P&L, Distributor, Enablers for growth (Technology, D&A, Capability building, etc.)
- Co-create and deliver the proposal to VN dCom & sCom Lead following the brief ensure delivering the objectives and aligned with 1UL dCom strategy for growth
- Lead the follow up in further details of deployment of all agenda with internal and external stakeholders ensure results delivered
- Manage and maintain all related documents that support for the agenda ensure readiness of information and data for business decision making of high levels
Stakeholders
- External: Customer (all eCommerce platforms), Distributor, Agency
- Internal: KA, CSP, dCom Marketing, Marketing

- Channel & Customer growth & profit
- Customer JBP agenda deliverables
- Distributor gorvernance & eficiency management
Candidate Criteria
To succeed in this role, it will require:
- Min 5+ years working experience in: sales, business development, account management; Online industry, eCommerce, FMCG
- Well-structured & well-organized
- Self-motivated, bias for action, data driven
- Problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
- Very strong knowledge of online business, performance media, FMCG industry
