Focus Market Digital Deployment Analyst Customer Development - Vietnam

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role deploys and supports UniOps products of Customer Development /Customer /Consumer services into focus markets, as prioritised by BG-BU CDIOs. Lands UniOps enabled outcomes on time and within budget, ensuring integration and embedment in the focus market for growth, savings and operational effectiveness.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Drives Business deployment in the focus market for UniOps, especially focused on landing products prioritised by CDIOs that are common across BUs
• Leads the planning, execution, and management of digital, data, and ai product deployment.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define scope, goals, plans and timelines
• Ensures the successful integration of digital technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Supports local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation across domains, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
• Manages requirements and validation including: local data, systems integration, cross-product integration
• Accountable for business sign-off and validation
• Supports focus market change assessment & change management (including process change) for focus country and BU-specific priorities
• Front line issue management across UniOps products landing in the country
