1. Job Purpose
The PM Supervisor leads the Professional Maintenance (PM) pillar to ensure machine reliability, stable operations, and continuous reduction of breakdowns through robust PM systems. The role oversees PM Technicians, drives PM standards (AM/PM), executes preventive maintenance, and leads technical root cause analysis to achieve Zero Breakdown and high OEE.

2. Scope
- Lead a team of PM Technicians and coordinate activities with Production FLMs, Process Engineers, ManEx, SHE, and Quality.
- Ensure effective execution of PM Step 1–7 tasks and alignment with AM Pillar Owners.
- Own critical equipment reliability for assigned production lines/technologies.
- Support delivery of TPM/UMS roadmap in the PM pillar.

3. Key Responsibilities
A. Equipment Reliability & Preventive Maintenance
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of PM plans (weekly, monthly, annual).
- Ensure 95%+ on‑time completion of PM work orders.
- Develop PM Standards, Maintenance Procedures (MPs), and equipment checklists.
- Ensure machines meet Zero Breakdown criteria and engineering technical standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to reduce major losses (Breakdown, Speed Loss, Minor Stops).

B. Breakdown Analysis & Technical Troubleshooting
- Lead RCA using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Why‑Why, and CIL/CL insights.
- Ensure closure of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Support troubleshooting on critical equipment with high technical expertise.

C. PM Pillar Leadership
- Drive PM Pillar activities and build capability for PM Technicians and Operators.
- Support Autonomous Maintenance development: AM Step 1–5, tags reduction, and CL updates.
- Act as PM Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Early Equipment Management (EEM).
- Facilitate WCM/TPM improvement projects and coordinate technical loss elimination.

D. People Development
- Manage skill matrix for PM Technicians and ensure certification for required competencies.
- Conduct technical training on mechanical, electrical, automation systems.

- Coach PM Technicians and support succession planning for PM roles.

E. Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce SHE requirements: LOTO, machine safety, chemical handling, Work-at-Height, hot work, and confined space rules.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with SHE, QA, FSSC, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records for SHE, maintenance work orders, equipment history, and technical documentation.

F. Cost & Vendor Management
- Manage spare parts consumption, maintenance OPEX, and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with warehouse & procurement for spare parts availability.
- Supervise contractors and ensure compliance to safety, quality, and scope-of-work expectations.

3. Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years in maintenance engineering, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of TPM, UMS, WCM, PM & AM steps, and continuous improvement.
- Solid technical background in mechanical, electrical, automation systems.
- Strong understanding of process equipment, P&ID is a plus
- Experience in RCA, maintenance planning, and CMMS/SAP.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
