We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Recruitment Specialist Team Lead to join our recruitment hub team. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing team members and enjoys leading by example. In addition to coaching the recruitment specialist team, the Recruitment Specialist Team Lead will manage their own requisitions, requiring a deep understanding of the talent landscapes to effectively meet business needs.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve performance goals and maintainhigh standards of recruitment practices.

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for WL1 roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and offer stages.

  • Talent Landscape Awareness: Build awareness of internal and external talent landscapes within the assigned function to develop a holistic view of talent sourcing and business needs.

  • Business Partnership:Work in partnership with hiring managers and HRBP to understand local nuances and market specific requirements

  • Compliance: Ensure team compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Performance Metrics:Monitor and analyze recruitment specialist metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement ideas for recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Functional Organization: Organize recruitment efforts by functions to explore profile synergies and ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Problem-Solving: Engage in problem-solving, propose process improvements, and assist in coordinating recruitment efforts to address challenges and optimize outcomes.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a track record of leading and managing a team.

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Experience with Workday, HiredScore, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.

  • Experience in sourcing and screening for high volume roles is required.

  • Experience with AI tools and hiring automation is a plus.

  • Experienceworking in a global team environment is preferred.

  • ​Market knowledge of North America is mandatory.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
