PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

This role leads the security strategy for Sales Field Operations and Country Risk Assessment, ensuring the protection of people and assets through the implementation of market-specific security plans. It requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to align procedures with local risks and global standards, integrating security as a core business function.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Security Risk Management & Mitigation

  • Collaborate with market-level teams to analyze security threats and risks to people, assets, and operations.

  • Conduct security risk assessments to validate the effectiveness of controls across people, processes, and technology.

  • Implement mitigation plans and establish countermeasures; escalate high-level risks as needed.

  • Lead the implementation of holistic, cost-efficient security solutions tailored to market needs.

  • Apply a standardized physical security risk assessment for new field operations.

Incident & Crisis Management

  • Support the development and implementation of Incident Management plans in coordination with the Market Security Leader.

  • Ensure the security framework is effectively applied at both market and country levels.

  • Act as the security advisor to country-level leadership, serving as the main point of contact for security-related matters.

Security Communication & Advisory

  • Work with sales teams to provide security guidance to travelers in high-risk zones and cities.

  • Prepare and deliver reports including incident summaries, intelligence briefings, threat assessments, and investigations.

  • Provide critical analysis of emerging threats and risks to people, assets, information, and brand reputation.

Training, Contracts & Compliance

  • Coordinate and deliver security capability training for employees, security teams, and third-party partners.

  • Possess strong contractual assessment skills for the implementation and review of security contracts.

  • Monitor and report on security KPIs, including audit results (red, amber, green), financial costs, and incident trends.

Networking & Industry Engagement

  • Maintain an active regional security network to share intelligence, trends, and best practices.

  • Participate in industry forums and stay informed on emerging security technologies.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with industry experts and law enforcement agencies.

Leadership & Influence

  • Lead and motivate the country-level security function and personnel.

  • Effectively brief and influence stakeholders to implement a resourced market security plan.

  • Use market benchmarks and judgment to interpret security trends and their impact on field operations.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION?
Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.

  • Experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or intelligence roles.

  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, incident management, and implementing security frameworks.

  • Experience working in multinational environments and high-risk regions is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with security technologies, intelligence platforms, and industry standards.

Hardskills:

  • Advance English

  • Security Risk Assessment: Ability to evaluate threats and vulnerabilities across physical, personnel, and operational domains.

  • Incident Management: Skilled in developing and executing crisis response plans.

  • Contractual & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of security-related contracts, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Report Writing & Intelligence Analysis: Capable of producing clear, actionable reports and briefings.

  • Security Technology: Familiarity with surveillance systems, access control, GPS tracking, and threat intelligence platforms.

  • Training Delivery: Ability to design and deliver security training programs to diverse audiences.

Soft Skills

  • Leadership & Influence: Able to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to assess complex security scenarios and recommend solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

  • Networking: Skilled in building relationships with law enforcement, industry experts, and internal teams.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting political and security landscapes.

  • Judgment & Decision-Making: Uses sound judgment to escalate risks and make timely decisions.
