Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €3bn foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 67 countries. We carry a portfolio of local and international brands-- Bango, Royco, Knorr Professional, Hellmann’s and rest tea and beverage brands.
Leads a field sales team in the HORECA channel. Accountable for area P&L, coaching Horeca Consultants and Distributor Account Managers, and ensuring sales targets, trade listing quality, and customer penetration are achieved. Builds strong customer and distributor relationships, orchestrates demos, and drives execution of business plans in the assigned area.
Main Accountabilities
• P&L owner of the area/sub-region.
• Lead Horeca Consultant team to customer acquisition and new product penetration.
• Lead DAM/ADAM to manage Key Wholesaler development.
• Conduct field coaching & routine business review to Horeca Consultant & DAM/ADAM.
• Orchestrating demos with Chefs and close collaboration with KAM Local Chain Account.
• Build beat plan and target per Horeca Consultant team.
• Breakdown KPI target into each Distributor in the respective area.
• Forecast update and monitor Order Book Replenishment (OBR), ensure sufficient DT stock level according to UFS standard.
• Monitor Trade & Operator Contract Volume.
• Report market intel (competitor prices, menu trends, local events) to OX/Trade Marketing

Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years proven experience in Distributor/Account Management, FMCG/Horeca background would be prioritized.
• Minimum bachelor degree education.
• High passion on culinary business; able to do simple cooking & product applications.
• Strong leadership and working management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and provide customized solutions.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with a strong sale drive.
• Strong analytical & interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia and to travel as needed.
• Preferably fluent in English.
