Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to help drive strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to provide actionable insights and support business growth.
What will your main responsibilities be
- Sales Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across categories
- Track sell-in and sell-out data from retail partners, e-commerce platforms, and distributors across Arabia
- Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize sales trends, seasonal demand shifts, and promotional campaign performance.
- Market & Consumer Insights:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the beauty and wellbeing category
- Provide insights into product performance by region, channel, and customer segment
- Identify emerging beauty trends and recommend product focus areas based on data-driven insights.
- Assist in setting sales targets by region, channel, and account, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Promotional & Campaign Analysis:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and in-store activations.
- Measure ROI of promotional activities and provide recommendations for future optimization.
- Track performance across key retail partner
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making.
What you need to Succeed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
