JOB PURPOSE

It also derives creation of a central unbiased,accurateforecast and aligned with business units using the new introduced tools and system.

Key Accountabilities:
Demand Planning:
Lead the entireMonthlyS&OP cycle forSkin CleansingCategory. MonthlySnOPcycle responsibilities includetasksuch aslong term andshort termforecasting,aligning business target andgrowth ambition,multiple forecastingdriversanalysis,andcomposing total demand forecast.
Lead the entire Weekly S&OE cycle forSkin CleansingCare Category. S&OEcycle responsibilities includetasksuch asanalysis of customer order dataand highlighting gaps and opportunitiesandtimelyfeedbackfor recovery.
Setting up and adjusting the forecast baseline through FEU. Execute the S&OP and S&OE through Kinaxis. Analysis of various KPIs and monitoring actuals andforecastthrough Kinaxis dataanalysis module.
Monitoring of shipment planning systemweekly anddefiningoptimumstocks Norms through IPM withjoint activitybi-annually.
Analysevarious category specificKPIsmonthly basis,correcting upongaps in the upcoming cycle. Data reporting of KPIs atSCLT/globalmonthly forums.
Simplify the portfolio with theoptimumno. of SKUs, leading to higher volume-value growth by conducting quarterly SKU Rationalization activity.
Monitor Distributors’ OS&R against target andidentifyimprovement opportunities.
Distributors’ SLOB management: Highlight slow moving and non-moving stocks to the business to takeappropriate actionsfor disposal.
Own SC related inputs to the monthlyS&OP board member meeting andfinancials–mainly: financial shipments.
WHATYOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
3+yrs. experience in Supply Chain, FMCG experience preferable.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain.
Skills
Advanced planning skills and hands on – Kinaxis, FEU.
Forecastingmethodsunderstanding, preferablyknowledge about Machine Learning based forecasting.
Advanced MS Excel skills
Strong Interpersonal skillsand stakeholder management skills.
