SUMMARY

Unilever Prestige is now a €1.6 bn business comprising of a house of eight authentic brands (including Tatcha, Murad, K18 and Dermalogica), that are powered by unique social and planet mission.
Unilever Prestige reached €1.6bn through its portfolio of mostly American brands (7 out of 8 brands). We have set ambitious goals for the future: by 2030, we aim for €3.5bn in organic growth and an additional €1.5bn through M&A, positioning Prestige among the top five premium beauty players globally.
A role in Prestige HR presents the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people initiatives. The Prestige HR team partners both the Prestige Central team and the Prestige Brand HR teams; this means you’ll have the chance to get involved in HR Business partnering alongside expertise projects and transformation initiatives. Reporting into the Head of HR Prestige, this role will play a key role in the evolution of Prestige and contribute to the continued growth of the Global Business Unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading and supporting key value creation and transformation projects. Being a change agent to ensure HR delivery is aligned with the strategic goals of Prestige and landing with success. You’ll be taking a lead role in identifying and executing key projects or processes across Prestige, in the space of learning, organization effectiveness and reward (we’ll determine this according to business prioritization and upon further exploration with you regarding your capabilities and development priorities).
Lead projects that further build out the HR Infrastructure - working to enhance access and visibility of our People data and leverage it to provide insights and drive optimal outcomes. Understand where we have technology gaps to improve our processes and work with external vendors and Prestige Procurement to ensure our HR teams have available and can leverage.
Partnering Brand HR Communities including our US/Global Brand HR leads, to elevate cross-portfolio capabilities and HR practices. You’ll be a go to contact providing HR advice and collaborating with HR teams to develop/execute HR initiatives that support broader Prestige business goals. You will take a lead role in the curation/planning of our monthly connects with the Brand HR leads.
Owning critical US focused initiatives and projects; an example could be overseeing the management of the newly harmonized Prestige Health Benefits plan. This includes being the interface between Prestige brands and respective Unilever teams, for example for the 401k advantage plan.
Taking a lead role in the Reward pillar across Prestige including owning the approach to Reward Benchmarking across key markets, management of vendor partnerships (for example, AON), and being the main interface with Unilever Reward.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in delivering transformative change projects in a complex organization.
Experience in HR Business partnering and strong skill set through leading people initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
Knowledge across HR expertise (talent, learning, reward, organization design) is an advantage; having experience in at least one of these is strongly preferred.
The ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes.
Strong Business Acumen with an analytical, data-driven mindset
Knowledge of US employment law is desirable.
Curiosity and the ability to listen and learn and adapt quickly.
Proven success in rolling up their sleeves and owning projects strategic vision through execution.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
