WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The Associate Finance Manager will be aligned with our key business OKRs and play an integral role on cross-functional teams, to drive against our priorities and optimize our business performance.
By providing an integrated financial perspective on the impact of business decisions, the Associate Finance Manager makes recommendations and influences decisions that maximize value for the Personal Care business.
Serve as a strategic business partner for Personal Care strategies and priorities, as well as reporting. Critical to influencing Sales, Marketing and FBPs to improve decisions and execution focused on growth and profitability.
Spend a significant portion of time working on Agile projects. These will be based on business need and stakeholders involved will vary.
Support the mindset and behavior shift of the finance organization to embrace and effectively deploy agile working.
Demonstrates analytical abilities as well as a quantitative approach to decision-making that shape the overall strategic course of the organization.
Analyze financial results and key trends, assess current and future business risks, and communicate results to leadership.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional business partners to develop annual financial plans and ongoing forecasts with the ability to challenge the status quo.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
Minimum of five years of related financial planning and analysis experience with increasing responsibility and control
Prior work experience in finance areas of Finance Business Partnering and S&OP beneficial.

Provide an unbiased view of business risks and opportunities and evaluate trade-offs considering both short and long-term business targets
Lead development of robust analyses to accelerate profitable growth through evaluating alternatives, important assumptions and ensure plans are re-aligned with relevant strategies
Business partner with cross-functional teams, make recommendations and influence senior partners
Review performance vs plans and understand variances to ensure appropriate actionable to further accelerate results or address issues
