Dove Men+Care Skin Cleansing is one of the largest cells for personal care globally and is a key growth driver for the category at Unilever. We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to lead deployment and execution of key premium innovations in the US. This position offers a great opportunity to demonstrate independent leadership and clearly ownable deliverables.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

​​As the Associate Brand Manager Innovation Deployment & Engagement, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for the Dove Men+Care Skin Cleansing premium portfolio.  

  • ​Performance Management: Manage operational business responsibilities for Dove Men+Care Premium collections including but not limited to budget management, share analyses/projections, pulling/analyzing retailer POS, deep dives into innovation performance and category dynamics in the Premium space 
  • ​Competition: Maintain a strong eye on competition in the Premium space through both qualitative and quantitative data points to ensure Dove Men+Care remains competitive in the Premium segment. 
  • ​Deployment: Lead Integrated Agency Team management through execution of Premium Innovation launches across all consumer touchpoints. Includes PR, localizing digital assets with digital agency, Influencer marketing and Media planning.  
  • Content Development: Lead content adaption and creation for the premium portfolio, guaranteeing creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI)
  • ​Customer Development: Partner with CS&P team to flawlessly bring innovation to life at all retailers, including but not limited to developing retailer sell in stories, manage sales samples process in partnership with the Innovation team and bringing our plans to life in store.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • ​​Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus 
  • ​3-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, preferably CPG 
  • ​Strong leadership skills 
  • ​Robust analytical skills 
  • ​Ability to think strategically, both from a brand as well as a category view 
  • ​Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business 
  • ​Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure 
  • ​Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner. 

​​Skills

  • ​​Strong Bias for Action & Accountability both for self and others 
  • ​Passion and drive to grow the business and the category 
  • ​Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • ​Growth and competitive mindset 
  • ​Analytical skills to dig into the details and a capacity for deriving insights to ultimately make recommendations for the business.  
  • Proven ability to develop creative, engaging content tailored to different platforms and target audiences while maintaining brand voice and values.
  • Experience as a social media content creator is highly desirable with strong understanding for local culture and platform nuances and trends.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and providing clear direction to internal teams and external agencies, ensuring deadlines and quality. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines.
