KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain is a key catalyst at the center of putting Ice Cream’s purpose in motion. The team plays a vital role in getting our goods to customers and consumers; from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and delivering the finished product. Our Ice Cream Supply Chain includes over 2000 employees working across 5 locations in the USA and Canada and more than 5 Collaborative Manufacturers. This role will support the NA SC leader in implementing the change, growth and transformation agenda as part of the SC leadership team.
Leads SC leadership governance cadence including monthly results reporting across the different functions
Implements appropriate reviews (weekly. monthly, quarterly) to track performance
Leads co-ordination of effective stakeholder reviews
Leads weekly SC leadership cadence and content annual calendar
Develops and owns calendar for SC leadership forums and wider Supply Chain communication (Townhalls etc)
Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success

Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
