We are looking for an Assistant CD Excellence Manager to work within our CD Excellence team.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Managing Unisel DT cost budgets by planning and monitoring cost items (personal wages,fleet and warehouse rents, oil, electricity, etc.)
- Developing DT cost plus system in line with new technological developments and market trends,
- Focusing on reducing costs and increasing turnover through cost saving projects and operational efficiency (such as solar energy systems, personal and vehicle optimization, etc.),
- Maintaining both ad-hoc and planned supporting tools to the DT CBD team (such as supply of hygienic materials or car rental for field team, etc.),
- Recommending internal and external communication on behalf of distributors with other departments (legal, finance, purchasing, etc.) and 3P entities (fuel companies, electricity suppliers, or insurance companies etc.),
- Conducting recommended supplier negotiations for distributor purchasing items in order to get both cheaper and better-quality service or product,
- Managing the distributor warehouses and vehicle fleet by recommending quality standards and physical requirements (such as depreciation rent for trucks and cold store, truck maintenance, occupational safety, etc.),
- Taking recommended actions for the well-being and occupational health of distributor employees,
- Identifying recommended needs and capabilities of distributor employees and planning recommended trainings in this direction,
- Providing CD information and strategies regularly to field teams.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2-4 years of experience in distributor management and warehouse.
- Demonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical thinking, complex problem solving, and team leadership,
- Hands-on experience using data/ analytics dashboards, The zero-based mindset,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills,
- Multi-stakeholder management capability,
- Flexibility in exploring a variety of business areas,
