We are looking for a Digital B2B Operation Executive to work within our B2B Sales team.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Lead digital transformation in B2B operations, including telesales, e-commerce, call center management, and external integrations.

  • Oversee B2B e-commerce platform development, acting as a business analyst from requirement gathering to UAT.

  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies to drive engagement and retention.

  • Optimize telesales and call center operations using digital tools and automation.

  • Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in digital sales processes.

  • Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and IT teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

  • Stay updated on digital trends to enhance B2B operations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • +3 years of experience in sales, digital transformation or a related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience in digital sales & e-commerce operations, including platform development, CRM, marketing automation, and loyalty programs is plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize digital processes and enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Knowledge & understanding of IT projects as business analyst.

  • Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and external partners.

  • Passion for digital innovation and operational efficiency in B2B commerce.

  • Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and spoken.
