Unilever is currently hiring for  “ Export Operations Specialist”

Reports to: Foreign Trade Manager

Scope: Turkey Local

Location: Umraniye Head Office

Foreign Trade Department serves this purpose by relocating goods that are produced in Turkey to other Unilever countries where requested as per legal boundaries.  

JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Organizing daily export operations with forwarders / customs and DCs
• Document management with Customs and MSOs
• Supporting the team with freight and customs data for sourcing discussions
• Dispute management with MSOs
• Export Report preparations for requesting parties

Experiences & Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in Supply Chain
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Knowledge of SAP
  • Sales Order
  • Reporting
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish & English is mandatory.
