JOB PURPOSE

Are you up for a challenge and ready to take your finance career to the next level? We are recruiting for the role of Finance Specialist for the Ice Cream Controlling Team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to gain experience in financial transactions, accounting & reporting, and separation & establishment as well. A truly special opportunity!

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Conducting relationships with banks and other financial service providers, addressing issues and escalating where need be
• Following up bank statements, clearings and postings of bank transactions in SAP and making sure that all transactions are recorded
• Day to day execution and/or supervision of bank activities
• Performing bank reconciliations of SAP balances with Bank Statements
• Being part of month-end closing activities in line with deadlines by proactive planning and communicating with stakeholders and performing relevant Month End Closure controls
• Working collaboratively with Global Treasury team
• Following up bank guarantees received and given
• Reviewing interest accrual and FX valuation calculations and posting in SAP
• Interacting with vendors, client or third-party providers to process and pay all AP documents according to agreed payment terms
• Supporting the end-to-end PTP financial accounting process, where need be
• Getting involved to the overall month end closing activities
• Conducting relevant account reconciliations in line with the control requirements
• Supporting the timely submission of both group and local statutory reporting

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge is a must
• Understanding of the overall treasury activities
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP systems (Preferably SAP) experience is a plus
• Fluency in English &Turkish both written and verbal communication is a must
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform under time pressure
