JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Develop category understanding and deliver concrete insights into actions with implementation, analysis, and evaluation.
  • Drive the annual campaign cycle in collaboration with customer/chain activities.
  • In collaboration with Key Account Managers, plan and ensure good forecasts, incl. campaign volume.
  • Support KAM with day-to-day operations of customers with other tasks as they arise.
  • Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure good implementation of pricing, supply, and invoicing.
  • Analyze completed campaigns to increase knowledge about best practice in the future.
  • Ongoing dialogue with respective campaign managers on the customer side to ensure good campaigns before, during and after implementation.
  • Registrations and follow-ups on new product launches.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

The ideal candidate possesses a positive, proactive mindset and is good at taking initiative. The ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and processes concurrently is essential. A keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks are definite advantages. You must also be able to effectively interact with colleagues, sales management and senior management and build sustainable, positive relationships with people at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • In this role, it is important that you can work independently and solution oriented.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities, demonstrating the skill to present market data and insights in an informative and persuasive manner, is also important.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in both English and Norwegian is a requirement, since you will be in contact with our local customers.

Ideally, you have higher education, preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree, in business administration, marketing, or finance. Experience in the Norwegian Retail market is an advantage, but not a requirement. Recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
