Reports to: Customer Manager

Main Purpose

Modern Trade is a strategic department in Customer Development. We ensure that Customer plans fit with channel/customer and shoppers’ needs to maximize benefits for Unilever and our Customers.

The Field Execution Manager leads the Field Execution team in achieving the sales target and business objectives for perspective customer(s) as set in the Customer Business Plans.

Main Accountabilities

  • Conduct JBP with top stores and take champion role by BU/ expertise
  • Ensure ambitious target setting & monitor closely for performance
  • Manage Sales-In, Sales-Out and Stock Availability
  • Execute Customer Plan of NPD, Promotion, Activation and Visibility Plan
  • Coach FE team for performance in relation to the targets set and build a winning spirit within his/her team
  • Ensure streamlined implementation of the customer strategy at POS to further build market share
  • Build excellent relationships with the regional/local responsible manager of the concerned customers
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Strong business acumen, channel/ customer understanding
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
