Location: Jonesboro
Shift: 12 hour shift - 2/2/3 rotation schedule
Hours: 6pm - 6:15am
Pay rate: $28.34 per hour and $1.50 per hour for night shift
Position summary:
Manufactures product batches according to formula procedures. Trained in all compounding areas andcapable of manufacturing products with little or no supervision. With authorization, properly adjusts mixerspeeds to accommodate differences in processing equipment.
Position Responsibilities (Expected Work)
Properly operates all processing equipment in all compounding areas.
Demonstrates good mechanicalability and troubleshooting skills.
Recognizes safety hazards and alerts management accordingly.
Keeps work area clean and neat.
Maintains adequate supply of chemical raw materials in his/her area,ordering more as needed.
Follow all safety, quality and GMP policies and requirements.
Other duties as assigned.
Challenges
Troubleshooting compounding issues and providing appropriate corrective actions.
Experience/ Knowledge required
2 years running machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Successful completion of Arkansas Career Readiness Certification Work Keys Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, Reading for Information, and Workplace Observation
Demonstrate effective organizational skills to handle multi-tasking.
Work with minimal supervision to manage time and workload to meet customer demands.
Communicate clearly to production team, support staff, supervision, and maintenance department to maintain high service levels.
Must be able to safely operate PIV (Power Industrial Vehicles)
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for length of shift
Must be able to safely work with hazardous chemicals & steam
Must be able to accurately follow formulas to produce batches

Lifting and Carrying: This position involves the capability to lift objects between 51-100 LBS occasionally and transporting them over specific distances or for certain durations.
Reaching, Pushing, and Pulling: These actions might be needed to access items, move equipment, or handle objects in different environments.
Posture: Jobs may require extended periods of standing, sitting, or switching between these positions.
Fine Motor Skills: Some roles necessitate the use of fine motor skills for tasks such as typing, using small tools, or handling delicate objects.
Vision and Hearing: Certain jobs demand specific visual acuity, color vision, or hearing capabilities.
Environmental Factors: The job might involve working in noisy areas.
Stamina and Endurance: The ability to perform physical activities for long periods or to work continuously without rest may be essential.
