JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• Execution of daily liquidity management and FX management processes.
• Advise Operating companies (local operations) about best practices and services offered by the Global Treasury. Key emphasis will be to balance global standardization with local requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banks, both for transactional services (payments/collections) as well as for FX and cash management.
• Be up to date with respect to market developments in FX and cash management. This is applicable to both developments in financial markets as well as in developments in processing FX and cash management activities.
• Be involved and lead projects for further development of Treasury Function.
• Understand complex topics such as derivatives valuation, market driven financial risks and advise leadership on strategy.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in finance with a few years of relevant work experience in Treasury/Finance

• Verbal and written communications skills to address a wide range of internal and external work levels
• Ability to disseminate knowledge to other department members
• Ability to foster excellent working relationships with internal and external counterparts at all levels
• Strong Analytical skills
• Ability to negotiate terms with banks and financial service providers
