Role Overview

The Networks Operations Lead is responsible for orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to bring products. This role ensures that all relevant stakeholders are aligned, accountable, and progressing through a clearly defined step-by-step process—from ideation to execution. Each project network requires collaboration with 10 or more stakeholders. A zero-error network requires 24 steps whereas any roadblocks require problem solving and repetition of previous steps on designed solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end project management for product launches, renovations, Consumer promotions and NRM initiatives ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Supply chain, Quality, Legal, Finance, CSP and external partners to ensure unified execution.
  • Process Management: Develop and maintain structured workflows and timelines, ensuring each stakeholder understands their role and deliverables.
  • Accountability Tracking: Monitor progress, flag delays, and hold teams accountable to agreed milestones and KPIs.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact for project updates, risks, and decisions, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for future launches.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 Years of experience
  • Proven experience in project or program management, preferably in FMCG.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for bringing ideas to life.
