JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations Lead to deliver anddrive our Out of Home Customer Development operations. This role has two keyfocus areas. First, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our field sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. Second, you will provide operational and commercial support to the National Account team, helping drive efficiency and impact. You will also have line management responsibility for two direct reports, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with team priorities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CRM integration across the business, delivering actionable insights that enhance the effectiveness of our field sales team. In partnership with the Sales Directors, you will help embed a data-driven approach that supports performance, execution, and customer engagement. Our field sales teams are critical to driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellence in-store — through visibility, availability, andcompliance. To enable their success, this role will ensure they are equipped with best-in-class CRM tools and insights to optimize every interaction
Strategy & System Enablement
- Define a CRM strategy aligned with OOH vision and business goals.
- Support system setup, customisation, and maintenance.
- Ensure CRM supports sales, marketing, and service functions.
Data, Insights & Journey Optimisation
- Analyse customer data to surface trends and opportunities, with support ofline report Data exec .
- Maintain data accuracy through regular audits.
- Build dashboards to track performance.
- Automate and enhance journeys for lead nurture, onboarding, and retention.
Engagement, Adoption & Performance
- Collaborate with teams to improve CRM usage and processes
- Train users and provide ongoing support.
- Track CRM impact, ROI, and campaign performance.
- Continuously optimise for better outcomes.
Sales support to national accounts- Work with the national account directors to understand operational needs &
- pain points
- Build ways of working that reduce sales admin where possible & improves the
- process
- This role currently has 2 line reports
ALL ABOUT YOU
- Extensive Experience with Field Sales operations
- Account Executive experience
- Proficiency & Proven track record in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce,
- HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
- Excellent data analysis skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Experience with automation tools and integration of third-party applications.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functionalcollaboration.
- Advanced Excel skills

Location
In June 2020 we announced our plan to consolidate a number of Unilever’s offices across the South East of England into a new Unilever campus in Kingston-upon-Thames in or around early 2025. However, on the 08 August 2024 we announced to our existing staff our proposal to retain our central Head Office in London, 100 Victoria Embankment (“100VE”) until our lease expires in 2027. As a result of this new proposal, we will be consulting with our existing staff, and new joiners who join during this period of consultation at 100VE, on the proposal made in August 2024. During consultation we will clarify the future location of each team and function. This means your role will either be based in 100VE until 2027 or in Kingston-Upon-Thames from early 2025. As we are yet to commence consultation on the proposal you agree, until such a time when consultation has concluded, your normal place of work as set out in the enclosed Statement of Terms & Conditions will be 100VE. You agree that on the conclusion of the consultation your place of work will be 100VE or 100VE until early 2025 and then Kingston-upon-Thames ("the locations") and you will be notified of which of the locations will be your place of work after that consultation ends.

They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
