JOB PURPOSE:

Marketing at The Magnum Ice Cream Company is about keep your brand relevant, working for the world’s most well-known brands, manage essential elements of the marketing mix and and enrolling in our top-notch marketing academy. You'll be part of a cross-functional marketing team and partner with external creative agencies to realize a real-time marketing campaign.

Throughout your internship, you'll acquire valuable industrial experience within a dynamic multinational corporation. What’s great, you'll have the opportunity to learn from a highly motivated team of peers, inspirational line managers, and senior leaders who will guide you in developing your skills and competencies for personal growth. It's a challenging yet rewarding experience.

This internship will help in your professional development, foster leadership skills, and enhance your ability to handle multiple stakeholders across various functions and manage multiple brands within a category.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing

• Support design of brand collaterals including but not limited to dCommerce assets for nationally distributed global brands in Malaysia

• Support the social media content creation for Wall’s Malaysia social platforms

• Support Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders. 

• Enable positive shopping experiences online by reviewing our assets, recommending opportunities for improvement to a cross-functional team, executing new assets and doing postmortem evaluation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field and have a strong career interest in Marketing/ Commercial Design fundamentals

• You have a good eye for aesthetics with a strong career interest in Graphic Design/ Marketing

• You possess the technical skills required for graphic design/ layout – Adobe Illustration and Photoshop

• You are creative, meticulous and have analytic skills

• You have proven project management skills and show initiative and flexibility to handle multiple priorities under pressure. 

•  You are familiar with and passionate about social media tools.

•  Able to commit for at least 3 to 6 months.

•  Early graduates who are looking for internship experiences.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
