Job Title: Customer Business Development Executive – IC E-Comm                        

Location: Head Office

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

A digitally savvy, data-driven individual with a strong passion for e-commerce and consumer experience. Highly organized, hands-on, and execution-focused, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally to drive business results.

This role manages the day-to-day e-commerce operations for Wall’s Ice Cream across key online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Foodpanda, and Delivery Hero. Responsible for working closely with marketing, trade marketing, and customer teams to plan and execute campaigns, while coordinating with supply chain and distributor managers to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing shopper and consumer trends to refine strategies—ensuring the right products are available on the right platforms at the right time.

Team Structure:

  • Reporting to: CD Manager – Total New Channels – Stacey Poh

Your Role/Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotional activities across key online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Grab, Foodpanda, and Delivery Hero.  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributor managers to address daily operational matters.  

  • Collaborate with Regional, Trade Marketing, and Brand teams to align on promotional and media initiatives.  

  • Manage customer promotional investments, ensuring spending stays within the allocated P&L and trade term structure (TTS).  

  • Monitor sales performance and deliver against assigned KPIs and targets.  

  • Analyze consumer and shopper trends to ensure effective listing and performance of new product developments (NPD) and core assortments.  

  • Interpret data to support business reviews and provide actionable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.  

  • Coordinate with customers and supply chain teams to ensure seamless deliveries and high service levels.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Internal: Customer Development, Marketing, Supply Chains, Regional Team

  • External: Key customers and Distributor Managers

Travel:

25% of the time for travelling.


What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • Minimum two (1) year – three (2) years’ work experience relevant to Account Management or Ecomm Experience

  • Demonstrate self-driven, analytical, able to build relationship, and details oriented.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and delivering operational excellence.
