Key Responsibilities
Responsible in delivering Company Business Agenda in Sales and Growth through;
- Expansion and Area Development
- Servicing and Trade Coverage
- People Management and Development
- Development Programs and Projects
Responsible in driving Company and Distributor Profitability through;
- Proper Resource Management
- Distributor Capacity Review
Responsible in having Excellent Operation through;
- Stakeholders Management
- Efficiency Drive
Responsible in ensuring Risk Free Business through;
- Updated Distributor Contracts and Bank Guarantee
- On time in full Asset Confirmation
- COBP Adherence
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years of experience in General Trade/Distributor management.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply/willing to accept those with experience.
- Amenable to do heavy field work in GMA
- Must have field sales capability and metrics/KPI management.
- With excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Distributor Management
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
