Ice Cream Philippines (Selecta) Bestsellers Assistant Brand Manager
Job Overview
Selecta is the leading Ice Cream player in the Philippines, as well as Unilever’s largest ice cream market within its Southeast Asia region. Within Selecta, the Bestsellers Masterbrand comprises 40% of total Ice Cream’s business.
The Ice Cream Philippines Bestsellers Assistant Brand Manager will be in charge of overseeing all campaigns and innovations of the Bestsellers Masterbrand.
They will report directly to the Bestsellers Business Manager
Job Responsibilities
Business Management
- End-to-end P&L management for IC PH Bestsellers Masterbrand, including topline sales delivery, gross margin improvement projects, and brand & marketing investments management to deliver bottomline profits.
- Contribute in their part of the business in the Annual Business Plan and Monthly S&OP cycles (Activity & Demand Review, Local Sales & Operations Meeting) including sales analysis and spotting of issues and opportunities.
Innovations and Campaign Development and Deployment
- New Product Development (from Concept Ideation, Product Briefing, Packaging Design) and Network Management, working with cross-functional teams and regional brand teams
- Campaign Development (Digital and Influencer Marketing, In-store Merchandising and Activations)
Key Skills/ Experience Required
- Open to Fresh Graduates Experience in Brand Management or Customer Business Development/Sales is Preferred
- Consumer and Customer Understanding Project Management and Problem Solving
- Good with Numbers (Sales Analytics, Business Cases, etc.) – Proficient in MS Excel Communication & Presentation Skills – Proficient in MS PowerPoint
- Operational Efficiency and Bias for Action
- Willing to be based in Manggahan, Pasig
