Purpose: Contributing to the growth of Beauty & Personal Care products through capturing the market and shopper trends; thus, design the right growth strategies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for short-term and mid-term brand/category strategy
• Responsible for budget planning and controlling to drive brand growth
• Lead & drive annual brand strategic marketing plans and campaign to evaluate brand visibilities and maximize business opportunities.
• Ideate and implement brand activities including but not limited marketing material development, advertising, media, event/activations management and promotion etc.
• Coordinate with global team, cross functional team, and external suppliers both local & oversea in the development and execution of brand strategic plan.
• Monitoring brand performance and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign / product launch activities.
• Competition analysis & monitoring consumer trends to identify business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Bachelor or master’s degree with relevant experiences
• 2 years + experience in FMCG industry or Multinational company is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Able to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Learning agility and adaptability in a demanding and fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication in both Khmer and English
