Job Title: CD Excellence Assistant (1 year, 6 months Contract)
Location: Cambodia

Role Overview

The CD Excellence Assistant plays a critical role in driving end-to-end execution with field sales teams to ensure key activities are implemented effectively in the market. This position focuses on visibility planning, execution management, performance tracking, and continuous improvement to support commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visibility Planning & Execution

  • Support the development and implementation of in-store visibility strategies aligned with channel priorities.
  • Create visibility guidelines for traditional trade channels.
  • Lead end-to-end processes for merchandiser training and merchandising principles.

2. Execution Management & Monitoring

  • Coordinate the execution of visibility programs, ensuring timely delivery and installation of materials.
  • Monitor compliance with visibility standards (branding, placement, display setup).
  • Work closely with distributors to ensure merchandiser headcount can execute key activities on time.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Track visibility performance metrics (e.g., share of shelf, display compliance).
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting execution status, gaps, and recommendations for improvement.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with channel and sales teams to ensure visibility execution supports commercial objectives.
  • Provide sales teams with visibility tools, training, and materials to enhance in-store impact.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify best practices and opportunities to improve visibility impact across markets and Mom & Pop stores.
  • Support development of digital visibility tools or dashboards for better tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure assortment presence in-store and optimize POSM utilization efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in FMCG, sales, channel management, or related fields.
  • Strong fundamentals in sales operations and project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across functions.
  • Proven ability to engage and lead teams effectively.
  • Adaptability and willingness to balance field execution with strategic planning.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools.
