Role Responsibilities:
Strategy
Set-up and deploy clear channel and customer strategies, including launch plans for new brands and segments.
Develop and own the full P&L for ICNow.
Drive ICNow agenda and thought leadership throughout the business.
Team
Manage ICNow assistant and work closely with OOH Field team to develop an execution plan.
CustomerManagement
You will have ownership of ICNow P&L.
You will support the ICNow Acount Manager in leading growth partnerships with all key ICNow customers including Uber, Deliveroo, Menulog, Doordash.
Key Projects and Priorities
Drive ICNow roadmap to deliver projects which accelerate growth and set the business up for the future.
Drive innovative use of technology and digital where relevant in customers.
Be an early adopter and drive the test & learn agenda.
What you will need to succeed
5years+experienceinacommercialrolewithresponsibilitiesofonline key account management.
Business knowledge and understanding of quick commerce delivery customers such as UberEATS and Deliveroo.
Strong verbal, and written communication skills; ability to lead a cross- functional team (up & down); be a critical thinker and be able to focus on details.
Strong analytical skills and experience turning insights into action for optimised business performance.
Positive attitude, resilience to adversity, demonstrated conflict- management skills.

You are still responsible for your own results and as a manager, you also need to motivate others to deliver with passion, creating an inclusive and engaging climate around you.
