Job Summary
We are looking for a motivational State Account and Operations Manager SA/WA (Perth Based) who will oversee the delivery of the Annual plan by ensuring the Sales team defend the Out of Home (OOH) and Metcash business, maintaining the customer base and growing SOS. Manage the state account execution and ensuring availability of Streets ice cream in all channels.
This role will also provide:
Day-to-day operational support for our extensive ice cream distributor network and field team to deliver sales objective, marketing strategies and the tools to deliver Perfect Store.
Support Field with securing new business and NPD launches.
Provide close coordination / communication between distributors and internal teams, such as category, sales operations, visibility, freezers to ensure that distributors are fully supported with securing resources on-time.
Ensure close and on-going coordination / communication of NPD, marketing plans across field and distributor network, local and national accounts to deliver business plans.
Role Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering sales result for Ice Cream through close collaboration in working with Field Team, state accounts and distributor.
Coordinate with Field Team and distributor to ensure activity plans, NPD launches / distribution targets are achieved.
Assist with identifying and developing new growth opportunities. Negotiate / manage contracts with key independent accounts.
Conduct regular trade visits with Field Team to identify gaps and opportunities in respective areas.
Provide regular sales training to Field team.
Provide summary of weekly, monthly sales performance and KPI progress to Field Team, state accounts and distributor and assist to identify / close gaps.
Actively manage discounts (i.e. TTS) to ensure that Field Team is within matrix / ROI margins.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
Years of experience and what role/s 2 - 5years in Field Sales.
Education and Training -
Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential.
