Background & Purpose of the Job
The Collaborative Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst develops accurate replenishment forecasts and utilizes them to influence Sam’s replenishment forecast, inventory levels, and purchase orders. This role will drive Supply Chain activities; capture all customer demand, reduce out of stocks, monitor inventory levels, help achieve sales goals, and maintain service levels.
CPFR optimizes Sam’s replenishment process as well as benefitting Unilever’s supply chain by generating a more accurate forecast to be used for internal planning. Focus should be on promotional planning, volume spikes, seasonal activity and new item launches. Strong and constant business linkages and communication with Planning, Customer Development, and the customer are critical for success
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
• Develop replenishment forecasts that capture customer demand while achieving Out of Stock, Inventory, and Sales objectives.
• Facilitate recurring meetings with Sam’s and Customer Development stakeholders to identify opportunities & provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner closely with Customer Development to develop realistic demand forecasts and stay up to date on all relevant demand factors.
• Communicate relevant changes in inventory, in-stocks, or POS trends for internal forecasts to internal supply chain teams.
• Prioritize workload by using multiple internal and external reports effectively.
• Manage projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies.
• Closely monitor Sam’s inventory and in-stock fluctuations which are critical to optimizing forecasts.
• Use Data to improve Sam’s replenishment process.
• You’re a dot connector: You can apply analytical techniques and leverage supply chain data to develop tactical inventory replenishment plans. To succeed, you will develop and leverage an in-depth understanding of Sam’s supply chain operations and sales characteristics, applying these insights to your operational and continuous improvement responsibilities.
• You’re a changemaker: You will analyze key trends in order history in the context of the customer’s supply chain processes to proactively identify and propose improvements. Collaborate with key stakeholders to prepare and execute Joint Business Plans goals.
• You’re a paradox navigator: You can establish and maintain positive relationships with internal & external partners of all levels to collaborate on inventory positions and order management. Will work with Customer Development/Warehousing/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution of the order to cash cycle.
• You’re a Story Teller: You can create a story that will engage stakeholders, drive meaningful action, and help navigate the dynamic supply chain environment.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields.

• 1-3 years of relevant Logistics, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer Service experience required.
• Technical understanding of SAP, SSAS or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills is imperative. APICS certification is a plus.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $69,360 to $104,040. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. 

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. 

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
