Unilever Italy is looking for a motivated intern to join the Customer Operations team, with a specific focus on Customer Experience and Logistics. The ideal candidate will support the team in daily activities such as invoicing, dispute management, and customer account reconciliation. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment, working closely with industry professionals.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Support the team with invoicing activities, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
Handle customer disputes, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage customer account reconciliations, ensuring accounts are up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to improve processes and implement innovative solutions.
Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and the quality of service provided to customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of main IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Good command of the English language.
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
