JOB PURPOSE:
The ambition to drive Productivity in the Supply Chain costs requires a high level of value creation, transformation, and process re-design, which will be part of the new company journey. The IC Finance function plays a pivotal role - supporting strategic business decisions, providing relentless focus on value and cash.
There is a unique opportunity for a Finance leader to lead Value Creation for Supply Chain globally.
As the Global Value creation Supply Chain Finance Lead, your mission is shape together with the Supply Chain team the Long term Supply Chain strategy of the IC Company, shaping the path and targets for the next 3 years, providing strategic decision support, benchmarking and supporting the transformation agenda delivery within Supply Chain. Topics to cover will be Net Productivity, Inventory, Capex, Waste for both 3 years plan and in year performance, PiCi with the key Markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare the 3 years Supply Chain Strategy plan with all measures linked with the Long term plan on the IC Company, including Net Productivity and Waste, NMCI, Inventory and Capex plans.
Ensure solid plans are in place then in the BUs to deliver the Strategy Plan in the next year and that all short terms decisions are aligned with the latest Strategy Plan.
Capex in year: ensure proper allocation of in year budget, including the review of the key Proposals, monitor performance and support the DRA process aligned with the Strategy Plan. Ensure end of year delivery on target for IC company.
Inventory in year: support the target allocation by BUs, support the monitoring of the performance and DRA process. Ensure end of year delivery on target for IC company
Net Productivity in year: ensure proper target allocation by BUs, support the monitoring of the performance and ensure end of year delivery on target for IC company
PiCi: Define a plan with the BU CFOs for top markets and support the execution of the PiCi analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, logistics, Manex, Planning and finance teams to ensure both Supply Chain Strategy as well as in year performance is delivered.
Risk Analysis: assess potential financial risks associated with the supply chain strategy due to latest actuals development and highlight potential corrective actions to minimize impact.
Reporting and Communication: Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Implement simplification of processes, define proper guidance in Capex area and automate reporting.
Ensure support to the FP&A team for the IR external documentation preparation.
Ensure team member has the required skills and competencies to do the role through providing support, coaching, development and mentoring.
Responsible to create a collaborative working environment within and across the team and supporting functions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance roles, with experience in Capex and Inventory management as well as Factory and Logistic costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with performance management software.
